I made pistachio cake yesterday. Even if you don’t like pistachios, you will like this cake. And you don’t even have to frost it. I just sprinkle some powdered sugar on the top of each slice. The cake is easy to make too. Just follow the directions on the box of a yellow cake mix, and add a packet of Jello pistachio pudding mix. Bake in a bundt cake pan. Voila!
