It’s been a busy few days, but the weekend is almost here. We’ve got things planned, so I think it will go by quickly, and that’s a good thing. And by that I mean that there is nothing worse than sitting inside a small apartment with two kids bored out of your mind. We have plenty of time for that come winter. I’m not looking forward to it.
But for now, we will enjoy the outdoors while we still can. That is, if it will stop raining for two whole days. I swear we’re living in a swamp over here. This summer has been horribly wet. I don’t mind a good rainstorm now and again, but this is ridiculous! It could explain why my knees have been aching so much, though. I notice they do that when it’s humid. Oh and do I have the mosquito bites right now! Must have gotten them from the day we fed the ducks. I haven’t had this many since I was a kid!
Well Joe should be home shortly and that means dinner time. My Borders order came in today so I also have two dvds and a book to look at. There are not enough hours in the day …
