Our new toy, errr, I mean laptop was delivered today. Man do I love Windows XP when you have instant working internet without hassle. The connection was giving us some trouble, but it’s our router – the thing is very finicky. Sometimes it gets mad when more than one computer is trying to access the internet at a time, as if that’s not the whole point of a router to begin with. Right now we have both our desktops and the laptop on and it’s behaving. Hopefully the new wireless router we ordered will work more consistently. It will be nice to be able to watch tv and chat online in the bedroom on Thursday nights while Joe is playing his PS2 in the living room.
