I used to work in Finance until I got very sick in 2019 and had to quit my job. I recovered in early 2020 just in time for the pandemic, so I have not worked since. I still mask in public and have luckily avoided COVID thus far. I am very scared about getting sick again which is why I am very careful and only spend time with my bestie since she’s also careful about exposure.<\/p>\n
I have a fondness for nature, photography<\/a>, and sarcasm. Many would call me geeky and I’m ok with that. I spend way too much time online. I take immense pride in my home & organizational skills. <\/p>\n Some of my favorite artists include The Cure, Sofi Tukker, Depeche Mode, New Order, Nine Inch Nails, and Underworld.<\/p>\n Favorite Movies: Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping<\/em>, A Night At The Roxbury<\/em>, and The Wedding Singer<\/em>.<\/p>\n I am an old soul in that I prefer not to leave the house after dark and spend most evenings watching all sorts of shows & movies on the various streaming services.<\/p>\n I’ve been online since ’94, with my one of my first exposures being the local BBS scene. Nothing, including IRC, could compare to the BBS community. I’ve been blogging since ’98, although the URL and content has changed a lot since then.
