The restaurant has an open kitchen which provides a front-row view of the chefs as they work the wood-burning oven and rotisserie and flip steaks on a huge blazing grill. The whole atmosphere is pretty cool with the art-deco look. It was busy, but didn&#8217;t feel crowded, and our booth was set higher than the tables which gave us a great view.<\/p>\n<p>I ordered the filet medium with redskin mashed potatoes. When I don&#8217;t use steak sauce, that&#8217;s a damn good steak, and there was none used today. The potatos are made a little lumpy, which I love, and had the most fantastic flavor. I&#8217;m very picky when it comes to mashed potatoes too; I don&#8217;t like them at Red Lobster even. We shared a slice of banana cream pie for dessert and it was delicious too.
