{"id":10856,"date":"2022-11-15T09:28:50","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T15:28:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=10856"},"modified":"2022-12-06T09:44:13","modified_gmt":"2022-12-06T15:44:13","slug":"refrigerator-organization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=10856","title":{"rendered":"Refrigerator Organization"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I wanted our new refrigerator to be more organized than the last one and just so happened to come across two perfect items at Costco back in late September. <\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG_9061.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG_9061-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"entry\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>It took a little convincing to get Joe on board with the egg holders, but now that we&#8217;ve been using them for awhile he really likes them. I like how they, along with our fresh fruit and yogurt, are all contained in one space giving more room for other things. <\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG_9239.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG_9239-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"entry\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>I liked our old fruit containers but they were too large and didn&#8217;t stack well. The Rubbermaid containers solved that issue and I haven&#8217;t noticed any difference in how long before the fruit spoils.<\/p>\n<p>Our fridge is now laid out as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Top shelf &#8211; pre-packaged items for future meals, such as soups or meal kits<br \/>\nSecond shelf &#8211; leftovers<br \/>\nThird shelf &#8211; eggs, yogurt, cream cheese, and fruit<br \/>\nFourth shelf &#8211; milk, creamer, juice<br \/>\nProduce Drawer &#8211; fruits &#038; veggies, plus extra butter (we buy in bulk)<br \/>\nMeat Drawer &#8211; tortillas, sour cream, and cheeses (block, shredded, and cottage)<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/IMG_9687.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/IMG_9687-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" class=\"entry\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I wanted our new refrigerator to be more organized than the last one and just so happened to come across two perfect items at Costco back in late September.
