She was actually much sweeter and willing to come out and play when we first got her. Now she runs when we approach the cage and spends most of the time (at least the time we are awake) hiding in her den. I&#8217;m really disappointed. It&#8217;s bad enough not being able to get a cat, something I could actually form a bond with and cuddle, and I know a hamster is not at all like a cat, but I don&#8217;t understand why Peanut seems to like me less now that she has gotten to know me.
