{"id":1349,"date":"2007-01-21T13:05:34","date_gmt":"2007-01-21T19:05:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=1349"},"modified":"2007-01-21T13:05:36","modified_gmt":"2007-01-21T19:05:36","slug":"possible-replacement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=1349","title":{"rendered":"Possible replacement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After watching <em><a href=\"http:\/\/imdb.com\/title\/tt0479884\/\">Crank<\/a><\/em> last night (which was ok, but not the best film), I realized that should they decide at some point to kill off Jack Bauer but continue creating new seasons of <em>24<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/imdb.com\/name\/nm0005458\/\">Jason Statham<\/a> could be an adequate replacement for the role. I&#8217;m not saying I want to see Jack Bauer die, or Kiefer relinquish the role, but there&#8217;s only so many more bad days Jack can have before he either retires or dies. Right now it would be a huge mistake because it would hurt the show&#8217;s ratings, but down the road if Kiefer decides he no longer wants to work 16 hour days 6 days a week anymore, I could stomach watching Mr. Statham take a stab at it. I really couldn&#8217;t imagine anyone else even making an attempt.
