Yesterday we had lunch at Baja Fresh<\/a>. I can’t tell you the last time we’ve been there, but it’s been a long time. I was supposed to meet a friend there for lunch last week but she had to cancel. Well, after seeing they have a Mahi Mahi taco on their menu, there was no way I could wait to try it! So off we went. Ick, I shouldn’t have bothered. I thought it was awful even though Joe didn’t mind it. It tasted way too fishy to me. Their steak and chicken tacos weren’t anything to write home about either. The meat on both was overcooked and therefore dry. I guess now I remember why it’s been so long since we’ve eaten there. The only thing I can sing praises about is their salsa verde: it is delicious!
