Arggggzz! Not only did Sears not<\/em> cancel my original order, they shipped it! Now both packages, which are identical minus the pair of shoes from the first order that they think<\/em> I picked up at the store, are due to be delivered by UPS tomorrow – and we won’t be here! Not a big deal if UPS would try again another day, but they just ring the doorbell and leave the package outside (which I really hate). I went to their site trying to figure out how to delay shipment and the options they claim should be on the tracking page aren’t there. Plus they charge you a fee to hold the package. Which isn’t so terrible, but still. <\/p>\n

You know, every other time I’ve ordered something online it’s taken two weeks to get here. It would figure this time it would come quickly since I don’t want it to. So annoying! I really hope no one messes with both boxes since I’m going to have to return the one to the store. I have a sneaky feeling the credit I was supposed to get isn’t going to come through, otherwise I’d call Sears and have them cancel one of the shipments. But if I do, and they didn’t issue a credit, I would have paid for something I never received. Also I’m not sure if they have any record in their system of me calling about the shoes not being at the store, so I saved the voice-mail from the manager if I need it as proof that I never got my item.
