I haven&#8217;t really added too many new shows to my viewing repertoire though, just <em>The Mentalist<\/em> and <em>The Fringe<\/em>. I highly recommend both of them, though. I love the old guy in <em>The Fringe<\/em> and the main character on <em>The Mentalist<\/em> is funny and very charismatic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oldies but still goodies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><em>Californication<br \/>\nDexter<br \/>\nHow I Met Your Mother<br \/>\nMy Name Is Earl<\/em><br \/>\n<em>The Office<\/em> &#8211; although the premiere was not that funny<br \/>\n<em>Pushing Daisies<\/em><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shows I&#8217;ve stopped watching:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><em>Chuck<\/em> &#8211; I don&#8217;t hate it, I just don&#8217;t have time for all these shows so it had to go.<br \/>\n<em>Prison Break<\/em> &#8211; It just got to be too much and I found myself watching last year out of habit, but dreading it.<br \/>\n<em>Sara Connor Chronicles<\/em> &#8211; Joe is still enjoying it but I just don&#8217;t care anymore.<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shows I&#8217;m looking forward to returning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><em>24<br \/>\n30 Rock<br \/>\nAmerica&#8217;s Funniest Home Videos<br \/>\nMy Boys<br \/>\nThe Sarah Silverman Show<\/em><\/ul>\n<p>And what the heck did FOX do to <em>&#8216;Til Death<\/em>? Their neighbors, The Woodcocks, are gone and they recast the daughter with a blonde? It&#8217;s not even remotely believable that this chick is their offspring. I can&#8217;t see this lasting another season and I doubt I&#8217;ll even watch any further episodes. It&#8217;s just not funny anymore. FAIL.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of not funny, I am always torn on whether to keep DVRing <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em> and <em>MadTV<\/em>.
