I’m polishing off the last of the casserole I made the other day (we also brought some to my parents’ for the 4th, lest you think I’m a pig). Next time I make it, I plan on altering the directions a bit to include less cheese (1 lb. is far too much) and adding more veggies. It will taste more balanced, plus it will be a lot less fattening.
