See that book at the bottom of the stack in the photo? It’s like an almanac about animals with all sorts of fascinating data about them. I love books like that. Always have. One of my favorite books as a kid was an illustrated dictionary. I shit you not. But it wasn’t nearly as cool as this one<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I don’t know what it is about getting “new” books that brings me so much joy. Perhaps the promise of learning something new. And after years of only borrowing one type of book at a time, I have finally found my balance between real life and fantasy – I’m reading fiction during my lunch break and non-fiction at night. <\/p>\n
