Ok, I really don’t understand website design anymore because I don’t mess with it like I used to, but does anyone have an idea what the fuck is wrong with my blog? I can only use a few select WordPress templates. Most either give a 404 error instead of showing my index page or they will display the basic design and sidebar but put a 404 error within the part where the latest entries should appear. Seeing as how they don’t all do that, I need to know what’s different about this one I’m using compared to the others that make it work while the others do not. It’s driving me apeshit.<\/p>\n
I was poking around last night and gave up, switching it to the one template that seems to be working, but I’d really like to be able to switch templates based on seasons\/holidays. I am really aggravated and short of exporting everything, reinstalling, and then importing all my old entries, I don’t know how to fix it. And I really don’t want to do that because ultimately I don’t give a shit what this site looks like, but it would be nice to change it up once in awhile.<\/p>\n
