{"id":3055,"date":"2009-12-23T22:09:45","date_gmt":"2009-12-24T04:09:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=3055"},"modified":"2009-12-23T22:09:45","modified_gmt":"2009-12-24T04:09:45","slug":"2009-a-year-in-review","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=3055","title":{"rendered":"2009 &#8211; A Year in Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So it&#8217;s about a week early, but I got it done so I want to post it so that&#8217;s one less thing left on my list to accomplish this week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>January<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Discovercard account was compromised again.<\/li>\n<li>The most annoying coworker I&#8217;ve ever had to work with gets fired.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2333\">My tire goes flat and freezes in my employer&#8217;s parking lot<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2343\">Water heater leaks all over<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>February<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2396\">We finally pick out some tile for the guest bathroom renovation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>March<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2470\">Did a bunch of spring cleaning around the house and garage<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>April<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2553\">Volunteered at a food bank<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>May<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2613\">Got a new pet &#8211; a Betta fish<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2633\">Visited Lincoln Park Zoo<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>June<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2656\">Joe sold his motorcycle<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>We adopted our rats, Templeton and Nutterbutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>July<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Got my iPhone 3GS!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2757\">Released the butterflies we raised from caterpillars<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>August &#038; September<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nothing all that exciting on the home-front transpired.<\/li>\n<li>Work was crazy with a big project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joe finished our guest bathroom renovation (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/halo969\/4051407454\/in\/photostream\/\">Before<\/a> | <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/halo969\/4051408282\/\">After<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Regular Halloween shenanigans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>November<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\" http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2924\">Visited Millennium Park to finally get photos of the Cloud Gate that I&#8217;ve been wanting for years.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I &#8220;conquered&#8221; my fear of flying and we went to Phoenix to visit Joe&#8217;s family; <a href=\" http:\/\/nicole.sleepyfroggie.net\/blog\/?p=2931\">finally wrote about it in December<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>December<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Had our annual Holiday Party.<\/li>\n<li>Took the week of Christmas off from work for a staycation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So it&#8217;s about a week early, but I got it done so I want to post it so that&#8217;s one less thing left on my list to accomplish this week.
