I did 15 minutes of yoga on my Wii today and it wasn&#8217;t bad, but the 2 minutes of jumping jacks I did beforehand to set up the My Fitness Coach profile were absolutely killing me. Clearly I need to work out more often than I have been if I want lasting results.<\/p>\n<p>My plan is to work out on my elliptical on Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings before work and then do yoga and\/or cardio on Tue and Thu for 30 minutes and 15 minutes each on Sat and Sun so I&#8217;m getting a work-out, no matter how small, every day of the week.<\/p>\n<p>Wish me luck because I&#8217;ll need it &#8211; I truly am a wuss when it comes to cardio.
