Fish is definitely a good choice when it comes to low calorie meals. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.seacuisine.com\/seafood-products.php?t=grocery\">Sea Cuisine<\/a> tortilla crusted tilapia + <a href=\"http:\/\/www.birdseye.com\/vegetable-products\/steamfresh-veggie-rich-rice-pasta-blends\/brown-wild-rice-with-broccoli-carrots\">Steamfresh Brown &#038; Wild Rice with Broccoli &#038; Carrots<\/a> + <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goya.com\/english\/product_subcategory\/Condiments\/Adobo\">Goya Adobo seasoning<\/a> with cumin = a 400 calorie meal. I sprinkle the seasoning over the rice for flavor.
