I think it’s at least in part due to the weather which is currently sunny and warm. I hate winter and I hope it’s behind us. The forecast has us in the 70’s the rest of the week. Woot!

I’m also excited because we both have Friday off. Three day weekends are the best!!! I don’t even care what we do – we don’t have any definitive plans but it’s going to be nice out so that’s all I care about.

Wow, what a pointless blog post, eh? Ok, here’s a few random thoughts rolling around in my mind.

What’s the deal with iTunes Home Sharing? It stopped working at some point after the last iTunes update. I spent some time today trying to figure it out. Then the router spontaneously rebooted and suddenly it was working again. Weird.

Speaking of Apple, it cracks me up how when I plug my iPad into my computer it says “Not Charging” in the upper right-hand corner. I imagine it’s thinking “haha sucker, you are not going to charge me that way”. Ironically, it is charging, albeit slowly. It was at 35% battery when I plugged it in and now it’s at 39%. Silly little thing.

I think we’re going to be changing our Fall trip to ensure we maximize our time on the East Coast. Even though we’re passing through Pennsylvania we probably won’t stop as originally intended. Since it’s closer to us than Boston or Portland we could always make that its own trip since I’d love to visit Pittsburgh, Hershey and Philadelphia. However, since we’re going to literally drive right through it, we’re going to spend a day in New York City. A day is all I can wrestle out of the hubby since he has zero desire to visit New York. It’s low on my list as well but it would be silly not to stop. All I care about seeing is Central Park Zoo anyway. Is that weird? Maybe we should visit the Empire State Building too. And the Statue of Liberty. And Times Square. And the Brooklyn Bridge. Hmmm, maybe one day is not going to cut it. Joe is going to kill me when he sees this list… ;)

My latest iOS addiction – Draw Something.
