First of all, do you think it&#8217;s more acceptable if it&#8217;s down for an hour compared to two? Second of all, if I check my site @ 1pm and it&#8217;s still down at 3pm, I&#8217;d say it&#8217;s been down two hours. Third of all, the worst way to keep up a business is telling your customers they are wrong, especially when they aren&#8217;t. Don&#8217;t get <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aletiahosting.com\/\" target=\"_top\">Jaguar Hosting<\/a>, formerly known as Aletia.
