One was a print I promised someone, and the other was a print I want to enter into a photography contest that ends in about three weeks. Both photos were delivered bent and are unusable because for whatever hair-brained reason, Snapfish doesn&#8217;t use cardboard mailers to ensure the photos aren&#8217;t damaged during delivery or being stuffed into a small apartment mailbox. So I politely requested a full refund and told them I&#8217;d be taking my business to Shutterfly until they changed their mailers. I&#8217;ve ordered from Snapfish quite a few times in the past, but since I had so many photos in the order, they were always ok. Two photos in paper are almost guaranteed to get bent again. I hope they don&#8217;t give me a hard time, but just in case I won&#8217;t be placing my order with Shutterfly until I&#8217;m certain I&#8217;ll be refunded my money.
