Thursdays are my little “spa” days – I usually take a bubble bath and give myself a manicure and pedicure while watching House Hunters<\/em>. I figure since Joe is busy killing his online buddies on the PS2, I should find something to pass the time. I have come to enjoy Thursdays very much. Sometimes I chat online, shop, read a book, or talk on the phone (rarely) as well. It’s like we both have our “me day” at the same time. <\/p>\n

The one thing I’ve been lacking in lately is time with friends. Even work friends are too busy for lunch get-togethers lately. It’s quite annoying constantly having my lunch “date” cancel at the last minute because they are too busy to take a lunch. I don’t care how much you pay me, I’m not skipping my lunch. It was so long since I had lunch with one of the girls at work that I just found out today that she’s been seeing someone since May! That little vixen. She happily showed me a few photos of her new beau who was very nice looking. A little bit too pretty boy for my taste, but then again, she’s a pretty girl, so it’s a good match.<\/p>\n

Then she asked to see some photos of Joe and proceeded to look through them all very thoroughly. I couldn’t help but feel rather proud as she gushed over how cute he is and all that. You had to be there, but either this girl is a good actress, or she was really attracted to my fiance. Not that I mind. Just makes me all the more happy he’s mine.<\/p>\n

Interestingly enough, Joe came home with a story of how the cashier at the toy store was checking out his ass when he was spending time with the kids tonight. I sure as hell can’t blame her as he’s got a fantastic tush. :)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
