Closing went well this morning. We had to wait around for the funds to come through the title company, but other than that, it was a breeze. Our mortgage broker, GMAC, gave us a little gift bag with a tape measure and card inside. Also inside the card was a $25 gift card to the Home Depot. How nice!<\/p>\n
We left closing around noon and since everyone was on their lunch break, we did a bit of shopping to waste some time. For lunch we went to a Polish buffet that Joe has been to and I’ve been wanting to try. The food was sooo fattening but delicious. I love Polish food. When I lived at home we’d have any large affair at a Polish buffet called Warsaw Inn. From graduations to after-funeral lunches, it was the place we always went.<\/p>\n
After lunch we did some grocery shopping and picked up a movie from Blockbuster. Tomorrow we pick up the kids and go to my mom’s for her birthday party. It’s been a great weekend so far!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
