There’s a reason why I like going out on weekends – it’s boring being at home all day. We’ve been holed up in our bedroom since 9 am because that’s when the carpet installers arrived. Seven hours later, they’re still here. I knew this would take a few hours, but even I thought they’d be done by now. And I am so bored. There’s only so many things to look at online and there’s really nothing worth watching on cable. I wish they’d be done already so I could enjoy the new carpet smell in peace.
