I decided to try these <a href=\"http:\/\/showmetheyummy.com\/healthy-egg-muffin-cups\/\" target=\"_blank\">egg muffin cups<\/a>, and while the end result taste-wise wasn&#8217;t bad, trying to clean the muffin pan was a huge task I never want to take on again. And yes, I did use cooking spray, but the eggs got stuck anyway. I filled the pan with water and that did nothing to unstick the eggs. I even ran the pan through the dish washer, but I still had to scrub it like mad to get the eggs off. Never again!
