My boss let me go home early today, so I’m just sitting here, boiling some eggs so that the kids can color them after they get here. I’m trying to mentally prepare myself for the claustrophobia; this place is good for the two of us, but when you add two kids, it suddenly feels like you live in a coffin. Speaking of eggs, did you know that boiling them is an art? I didn’t either. The way I was taught was you put some eggs in water, stick ’em on the stove, and sometime later you take them off and you’re done. So very wrong! Thanks to Lynda<\/a>, from whom I found this site<\/a>, I now know how to boil eggs properly. And let me tell you, it makes a world of difference. The eggs are ten times fluffier, not to mention yummier.<\/p>\n If I don’t get a free moment to say it later, Happy Easter!
