I forwarded it to PayPal&#8217;s fraud department and they responded back to confirm it is not them. Apparently this is the newer incarnation of fishing where it makes you think &#8220;Oh well they are asking I go to their site to update my account, so it must be legit.&#8221; Always beware the URL!!!
