So the White Sox are going to the World Series! Awesome! You know, I am no sports fan by any means, but it’s exciting nonetheless. I actually enjoyed last night’s game too because the Sox played so well.<\/p>\n
The thing I don’t understand, however, is the attitude of Cubs fans. Some refuse to cheer on the Sox while others have the attitude, “if they win, fine, but if they don’t, I don’t give a rat’s ass”. I can’t relate because while I’d consider myself a Sox fan over a Cubs fan, I also consider myself a Chicago fan, and if the Cubs were going to the World Series, I’d be excited and cheering them on too. Why choose? They both represent the city I was born in.<\/p>\n
Oh well. Maybe it’s because I’m not a very competitive person. I hope the Sox win the World Series, though! I’m going to have to keep a close eye on Joe since the World Series is during our vacation.
