Last night we had chicken quesadillas for dinner. Believe it or not, despite my love for all things Mexican, not to mention cheese, I’ve never been a quesadilla lover. We bought a Tyson chicken quesadilla meal kit and I wasn’t expecting much. I’ve come to find that most dinner kits lack robust flavor and the portion sizes are too small to fill you up. I am pleasantly surprised to say that was not the case here. Sure, my meal was 750 calories after Joe and I split the food, but it was so worth it! There wasn’t a lot of chicken, which was fine by me, and the veggies were cut up into small pieces so that the flavors blended well together. I’m definitely going to buy these again. They are quick, easy, and tasty. What more can you ask for?

Hmmmm. Well I happen to love quesadillas at most burrito shops and mexican restaurants, but I’ve always been disappointed when I try to make them at home. This new product sounds interesting. Were they spicy at all? I love spicy food…
