The Revolution

We’ve got our tickets to The Matrix, do you? Ok, so we’re not as cool as you die-hards that no doubt already saw the movie. Hey, who needs to go to work? Well I do …

We got tickets for Sunday. But the exciting part is that we decided to splurge a little and buy tickets to the IMAX showing of the movie. I am so pysched! I love the IMAX! This movie better kick ass. I purchased the tickets online which was pretty cool, except they only accept Visa and Mastercard, so I had to dig out my rarely used AT&T Universal Card.

Speaking of credit cards … remember how I wrote about getting the American Express Blue Cash card? Well I think my crush on them has worn off. I don’t have a really good reason, but I just don’t like American Express. I think it’s their horribly annoying customer service system. I have to navigate through endless menus to reach a person, unlike Discover. Plus, I asked them to change my due date and they said it would go into effect for the next billing cycle, which is what I’m in right now, and it didn’t. To add to that, they only gave me two weeks from the closing date to pay them! Screw them, I’m going back to using Discover as my main card. I missed them. I’m sorry for cheating on you, Discover. I hope you will forgive me.

  1. I love IMAX, too! I think Revolutions might almost be too huge for IMAX, it might be an overwhelming experience. I have to admit, though, that I might just have to contradict myself and go see it there, too! ;-)

  2. i’m going to see it at the IMAX, too, tomorrow. i saw Reloaded there, too… it’s kinda intimidating at first, there’s just too much to see on that huge of a screen… but we had no IMAX theaters when the first Matrix came out. i can’t wait to see it!
