Snapfish – What are they thinking?

I placed an order for two 5×7 prints to Snapfish awhile ago. One was a print I promised someone, and the other was a print I want to enter into a photography contest that ends in about three weeks. Both photos were delivered bent and are unusable because for whatever hair-brained reason, Snapfish doesn’t use cardboard mailers to ensure the photos aren’t damaged during delivery or being stuffed into a small apartment mailbox. So I politely requested a full refund and told them I’d be taking my business to Shutterfly until they changed their mailers. I’ve ordered from Snapfish quite a few times in the past, but since I had so many photos in the order, they were always ok. Two photos in paper are almost guaranteed to get bent again. I hope they don’t give me a hard time, but just in case I won’t be placing my order with Shutterfly until I’m certain I’ll be refunded my money. So if you’re waiting for a photo from me (you know who you are), there’s going to be a delay while I get this sorted out.
