Man, do I love the store Savers! Yesterday all their clothing was 50% off for members (and it’s 50% off today as well for anyone). I ended up getting three t-shirts and a cute sweater for only $9. I am now running out of closet space/hangers due to my expanding wardrobe. I tried culling my shirts but I like all the ones I own right now.
I did, however, decide to lighten the load in my dresser this morning and pull some seasonal items from the drawers and move them to the closet. Unfortunately I realized I had little room in the closet because I have way too many pairs of jeans even though currently I’m wearing just a couple of pairs. So I spent an hour trying on all my jeans to decide which ones should stay and which ones I plan to donate. When all was said and done I decided to keep 9 pairs:
6 pairs I can wear now (although only one of those fits with my Cuddle Duds underneath)
1 over-sized pair (my “fat” jeans)
2 pairs that fit nicely in the waist but are too short which I plan to ask my local tailor to turn into cut-offs since I can’t find any comfortable ones at the store
That leaves 13 pairs that will be donated. It feels good to purge.
