Peanut passed away last night. She seems to have died in her sleep, so I hope she didn’t suffer at all. She was such a good hamster. I really enjoyed having her around and I will miss her.

So sorry to hear about Peanut. She looks like she was really sweet. My cat Daniel passed away about a month ago so he will keep Peanut company. :)
Oh my, I am so sorry about Peanut. Your photos of her are wonderful and it is clear that she was very well loved an taken care of. Rest in peace, Peanut.

It’s so weird walking by where Peanut’s cage was and for it not to be there anymore. I got into a habit into checking on her at bare minimum three times a day – before I left for work, when I got home from work, and before I went to bed, and I catch myself still attempting to do that.
I’m so sorry. This collage is really pretty–she was a cutie!
Sorry to hear about Peanut. It’s never easy. This might be an unconscious reason why I don’t have pets, don’t want to have to lose any more.
