Jamba Juice

There’s a place near work called Jamba Juice. I’ve never gone there before, but I was checking out their site and while most of their smoothies are low in fat, the calories are overwhelming. It’s a meal in a cup! I hear each smoothie is $5 too. Is it worth it? Yea, I’m asking you. Look, I even turned comments on for this entry, so please make it worth my effort.

  1. I think that they are worth it (they cost about $3.50-$3.95 here). They are REALLY good, and the best way to eat them is to share them with your man (to cut the calories in half).

  2. Jamba Juice acquired the Utah-based Zuka Juice in the not so distant past – Zuka Juice was the best thing ever! When I lived there, (in Provo) I used to go at least 3 or 4 times a week.

Zuka Juice was an evil addiction.

Yeah, anyway the point is – if they are anything at all like Zuka Juice (and I would assume that they are…) then they’re delish!

  3. Jamba is so worth the effort. I like to add the ‘energy booster’ or the ‘calcium booster’ and will sometimes have the smoothie as my lunch since it’s very filling.

  4. We’ve had Jamba Juice around here for a long time, and I love ’em. They have a banana-chocolate drink that’s awesome, and I load in a bunch of healthy extras. While I don’t go there every day, it’s a good change of pace once every week or two.

  5. Sounds exactly like Booster Juice, here in Canada. In which case? SO worth it. Not only are they delicious, but yes – they are virtually a meal!

    [And yep, about $5… ]

  6. Thanks for all the feedback. Based on everyone’s opinion, we’re going to stop by Jamba Juice tomorrow afternoon. I hope it’s as good as everyone is saying!

  7. There was a Jamba Juice shop we used to visit regularly when we went to Palm Springs a couple of years ago and we both got hooked. Spent all our holiday money in that damn place – very addictive and totally delicious. Oh man, now I’ve just remembered that I want a holiday:-(
