Arrggg. I am sure there are a lot more townhomes to be looked at, but it annoys me that the only ones I truly like when I search realtor.com are 30-45 minutes from where we live (and I work). I like looking at photos online because I know instantly how I feel about a property. When it comes to houses, I’m not wishy-washy at all. I know what I like, and what I don’t. Therefore, I see no reason to waste my or a realtor’s time looking at homes if I can’t at least get a first impression based on some interior photos.
I guess I just don’t understand why there aren’t more photos online. You’d think they would assist in selling a property. Sometimes a home is listed as a Showcase yet there isn’t even an exterior photo. That just blows my mind!
I wonder if I could get a job taking photos for realtor.com. Wouldn’t that be so sweet? It would definitely eliminate the cubicle fever, plus I’d be doing what I love most – photography. I’m guessing from the quality of most of the photos that they don’t have someone who specifically does that. Too bad …
