Well, we’re definitely making headway in the wedding planning department. There are a total of three hotels we’ll be staying at during our trip and I’ve booked two of them.
I also booked our Discovery Cove adventure only to learn that a 7-day pass to SeaWorld is included in the price! We have SeaWorld Busch Gardens combo passes, and after seeing that Busch Gardens is mostly rollercoasters, I don’t even want to go there that much. So we’re going to try and sell the passes on Ebay. I hope we can get what we paid for; that’s all I want. I reserved some Ebay books from the library to get some tips. I’ve only sold something twice on there before; the first time the person sent me a bad check after I had already sent the merchandise (the bank’s fault for saying the check was good when it wasn’t) and the second time no one placed a bid. So obviously I suck at Ebay.
I also contacted an officiant for the Gulf coast area to see about marrying us and asked her for suggestions on photographers and videographers in the area. Personally, I couldn’t care less if there was a video, but I my mom will kill me if she can’t see us getting married. Mothers!
Since our trip is now exactly three months away, we’re starting to get super excited about it. Even more so than when we went to Arizona and California a few years ago. It’s been so long since I’ve been to Disney. I hope it is as magical as I remember it.
I’m SO jealous of your wedding and trip to FL! I’ve been wanting to go to Disney World and the other parks for quite a while now, and having a wedding there (although I want family there!) sounds so fantastic. Scott and I definitely need to get there once before we have kids.
I thought that having a video was the dumbest thing ever, knowing that I absolutely didn’t want to watch myself on tv. Now, that’s the only thing I would have changed about my wedding – it went by SO quickly that I’d love to be able to review it again. So you might be happy later down the line that you got one.
