Sears package delivery update

Before we left for Indianapolis I contacted UPS to find out what I could do about the two packages and the helpful lady told me to leave a note just asking that they hold the packages at the facility for pick-up, so that’s what I did. I called UPS later that day to confirm and the driver took them back to their facility, so I have until Tuesday to pick them up. So far I’ve received one credit from Sears which is for the shipping, but they were supposed to also credit me for the new order being higher than the initial one since the sale ended, so I’m going to have to contact them about that. I just hope the items I ordered fit and are worth all this hassle.
