Remember how I said my spice rack sucks? Well I take it back because suck it will no more, in a couple of days when I get my nifty new spice jars. I bought an empty one from Bed Bath & Beyond over the weekend, but they only carry ones with white caps and the huge shaker holes. The Spice Barn carries black covers and you get to pick what size holes the shaker has. Very cool. I ordered 18 jars since that’s how many would fit the rack. I also went to another site and ordered some labels. If I was artistically inclined, I’d design my own, but I’m not so I won’t. I am excited to get my spice rack all set up. Organization and I are best friends.

Man, I remember when i was OBSESSED with spice racks. I must have bought 15 different kinds and never put spices in any of them. I like the idea of being organized, it’s the implementation that gets me every time…
