I can never remember the acronym I was using so from now on this is going to be called FIL for Friday I’m In Love.

Lookit! I Spy is described as “must or bust reviews from two chic mamas”. They are brand-spanking new and giving away a $40 Starbucks giftcard if you pass along the good word, which I would do even without the incentive since I love product reviews done by real people.

How freakin’ cute is this bag? Does someone want to get me a little xmas present?

Have you ever heard of Tastefully Simple? I hadn’t until Wednesday when someone brought the most heavenly cracker/chip dip to work for a birthday celebration. Suddenly I could not stop going back for seconds, then thirds. Then after lunch I went back for fourths and it was all gone. I found out it’s one of their seasonings called Onion Onion. I ordered it today. Shipping is as much as the item but damn, that is the best dip I have ever had so it’s worth it. Now if only it would get here so I can eat it!

Cupcakes in Chicago boasts the best cupcakes anywhere but clearly they haven’t tried my yummy lemon cupcakes that everyone gobbled up on Wednesday. In any case, I need to visit this place soon. I also aspire to decorate my cupcakes with the cool swirly style that they do. I even bought a decorating kit.

Doing the unstuck

I’m looking forward to relaxing this evening because I was running around non-stop last night.

There was a trip to Target for a cupcake pan, dinner, baking and frosting cupcakes, laundry, and cleaning Peanut’s stuff. After all was said and done it was 9:30 pm before I got to sit down and by then I was too exhausted to do anything else but go to bed.

I told Joe that the only thing I’m doing tonight is him.

Peanut passed away last night. She seems to have died in her sleep, so I hope she didn’t suffer at all. She was such a good hamster. I really enjoyed having her around and I will miss her.

FYI – moving forward I will be responding to most comments within the comments section itself instead of via e-mail. Therefore I have added an option to subscribe to comments so you know when I’ve replied. I figured perhaps this would encourage more discussion on the site. I’m by no means a comment whore but things are super quiet lately and I’m thinking perhaps new visitors are turned off and assume I ignore comments since they don’t see a response. In any case, we’ll see how it goes.
